The week from Monday, October 20 to Sunday, October 26 marks the European Week for Safety and Health at Work. It is promoted by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work to highlight the importance of ensuring safe, healthy, and sustainable working environments.
Boman Srl, always committed to environmental sustainability and the well-being of its employees, has launched several awareness initiatives on this topic, as part of the training and information sessions promoted by Confindustria Cuneo. The activities organized by Boman focused on the standards developed by the company for the production of machinery designed and built to ensure operators can work in complete safety, with particular attention to the welding sector, the company’s core business.
The innovative Boman positioners are designed to easily handle heavy mechanical components such as tie rods, connecting rods, pulleys, punches, simplifying welding operations for operators. The two models, Titan and Hercules, in particular, reflect the company’s philosophy by placing maximum emphasis on operator safety. Thanks to their precision and customization, they allow users to maintain an optimal posture at all times, thereby reducing fatigue and consequently increasing both productivity and safety.
These two positioners are used by Boman personnel in the company’s workshop for industrial production and have been specifically designed by Boman engineers to ensure safety at the workstation. Titan and Hercules are also offered to customers in customized versions: through the design of tailor-made solutions, the company extends externally the same high level of attention to machine safety that it first applies to its own staff.
