CELEBRATING AN IMPORTANT MILESTONE TOGETHER

Boman takes centre stage at Imprese Vincenti

A model that combines quality, innovation and sustainability

The sixth edition of Imprese Vincenti, the programme promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo to celebrate Italian entrepreneurial excellence, stopped off in Cuneo on Wednesday 8 April, where an awards ceremony was held for the selected local companies. Among these, Boman was honoured, recognised for its track record of growth, innovation and strong ties to the local area.
Boman was selected from among 150 companies nationwide – identified by Intesa Sanpaolo from over 4,000 applications – which represent a highly skilled segment of the national manufacturing sector and generate a combined turnover of around €35 billion, employing over 150,000 people.

The event, held at Spazio Varco, brought together representatives from the banking and business sectors, providing an opportunity to discuss key issues for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The debate focused on the Italian economic landscape and the increasingly strategic role of sustainable, inclusive and innovation-driven business models.

In this context, Boman stood out for its ability to combine quality, innovation and a focus on people – the fundamental pillars of its production and organisational model.

Enrico Bonaudi, President of Boman, took to the stage: “Boman is a company that works with dedication and consistency to develop industrial solutions focused on excellence, distinguishing itself through an approach that combines technical expertise, organisational skills and strategic vision. Our business is guided by clear and well-established values: a constant focus on quality, understood as the reliability of processes and products, and a strong commitment to innovation, which enables us to evolve and respond effectively to market demands. At the heart of our production model are people, whom we regard as a fundamental element for the company’s growth and success. Indeed, we believe that the development of skills, the involvement and empowerment of our staff are key factors in ensuring efficiency, continuous improvement and the creation of value throughout the entire production chain.

Participation in “Imprese Vincenti” reinforces Boman’s role as a dynamic, forward-looking company, capable of tackling the challenges of the global market without losing sight of its local roots.

It is a journey that also looks to the future with a focus on fundamental issues such as sustainability, as Bonaudi emphasises: “For Boman, sustainability plays a central role, understood not only in environmental terms but also as organisational and economic sustainability. With this in mind, our approach is inspired by the principles of Lean Production, with the aim of reducing waste, improving efficiency and creating value throughout the supply chain.”

A successful venture also thanks to its focus on the local area and its people, as Enrico Bonaudi points out: “For Boman, the relationship with the local area and training are two closely linked elements: the company is in fact pursuing major projects and investments in partnerships with schools and technical colleges to help young people enter the world of work and to pass on skills, complementing this commitment with a significant expansion of in-house training, which we consider essential to support the company’s growth and keep pace with technological and organisational developments.

A clear and practical vision that looks to the future: because innovation means growth, but doing so in partnership with people and the local community is what truly makes a business a “success“.
